I'm really wishing to buy a laptop/notebook here.....But the main thing i'm concern about is which model and spec can support TRLE...... I can buy windows version (but no XP), but I want to know: can apple's model support TRLE?
Thanls for any help I can get.....

Laptops aren't very good with TRLE because of the slow update of the screens, but if you can wait a little, Laptops with the faster plasma screens will soon become available.------------------ IP: Logged |

Well the reason that I want a laptop/notebook is that my family always goes to my grandparents house and I always bored there and miss my level editing. So my father jokingly said, "Why don't you bring your PC there?". Yeah, if only the car can fit with all the things we brought. So I said, "If only I have a laptop/notebook...." (I hope my father got the tip!!! ) I don't care if it has slow updates on the screen because I mainly use my PC for the projects and the laptop/notebook will be used when I'm away.... So any of you got an idea of which brand and spec should I choose ????? ------------------ IP: Logged |

In that case, the Sony Viao FX has good specs and is one that i'm thinking of buying soon. It should be OK on the editor side but as I say it'll be crap on the TR level testing side because of the slow update screens.IP: Logged |

Well you might try the second hand market, although i'd test the level editor on it before handing over your hard erned. IP: Logged |
