I have a question: When making new meshes, it'll work as long as they line up correctly, even though i'll changed the original jointing vetices. Right?

i changed sophia's hair and its lara with long hair! lol

i have to get my strpix3 fixed cos otherwise i cant do anymore

When opening objects in cad programs remember to save them the same size you opened them with. (if you're using meta, make sure the multiplier is the same also) then you won't off sized meshes. (unless you want her to have this mutation :S)
What you say, i believe to be true. if you realign the places where lara's joints would connect, the joints should connect. realigning the the vortexs won't move the mesh any.
i'll get you the link to help you with realigning the vortexs.
