You have luck. I wrote a program, that allows you to save BMP files (512 * 256 only) as RAW file, so you can modify the logo. Version 1 will be downloadable soon. I will post then. I'm already working on version 2, that supports 256 * 256 BMP's, too, for the sky.

You can download a 30 day demo of PaintShop Pro. I think you can get some previous versions for free.

To modify the Title Screen logo, simply change the bitmap, save it, then rename the file as whatever.raw, run logo.bat and then a whatever.pak will be created.

Oh, version 1 only support logos. But I'm already working on version 2 that supports skies (almost ready).

I've written the program because you can't only rename a BMP as RAW file. The colours wouldn't be right and the picture would be flipped. The 30 day version of PSP anoyed me because I always have to re-install it after 30 days and I only need it for the LE RAW's.
