Hey has anybody ever suggested a group effort where each would download a cdr disc full & then just swap out w/each other...saving all that downloading & then making it EASY for everyone to have the WHOLE ARCHIVE?Is there anything against doing something like that? It sounds like an extremely good idea (also would help people that have trouble getting good downloads, etc.) ? IP: Logged |

I doubt people would be willing to give out their address on the internet. That would be a stupid idea.If someone has trouble downloading a level, they can always email the author, or ask in this forum for help. Maybe you can form a TRLE club in your city, that would be a realistic idea. IP: Logged |

It has happended many times already among people who got to know each other well enough in some communities, but it always needs soembody to do the work  - and the currently available levels out there even as unconverted ZIP files already fill 4 or 5 CDs easily  Unfortunately, there have already been (illegal) attempts by people to burn a CD and auction it at eBay to make money out of it. Ususally these are spotted and then reported to Eidos who take appropriate action (at least as soon as the EXE is included on those CDs).
