but I don't suppose anyone has got the lightning ball from TR1 St Francis Folly to work? That lightning is so much better than the blue fuzzy thing in TR4 and it's just what I need for the level I'm working on. IP: Logged |

TRWad thinks. . . . . . . I know what you are meaning, and I'm almost sure that effect is hardcoded. But I don't really know how this effect was. There is a sort of lighting ball that captures lara in tr4, but I forgot how the tr1 version looks. Anyway, you can't change this effect by editing meshes. IP: Logged |

Well, I guessed as much really. But that's a pity - the TR1 lightning looked like lighting, proper silver bolts that shot about all over the place. That TR4 stuff is horrible, nothing like real lightning. But thanks for thinking TRWad! IP: Logged |

I look forward to hearing the results of your tests! But I don't think we'll get the original lightning effect as in TR1, as TRWad says it is probably hard coded. IP: Logged |
