Is it nice to have a level with the houses from all the forum members in it (or houses where you want to live in)? It can be called 'The Eidos Forum Village'IP: Logged |

I have attempted to build my own house in the Level Editor some time ago, it was quite hard and I more or less gave up, as my house is quite big and the measurements were not easy to match the LE's building block method. But I am interested in your idea....are you aiming at a project similar to the forum community level, or do you want us to send pictures and maps of our houses, so that you can create all the houses yourself? If on a community project based, will it have the same order (1 house per member, then sending the project onto the next member, etc..) or would we all have to build our own houses, so that you will "merge" it all into 1 project? Will our houses have to use classic TR textures, or do you want us to make photo's and convert them to textures to use in the LE? ------------------ Peace is but a shadow of death, desperate to forget it's painful past... Though we hope for promising years, after shedding a thousand tears, yesterday's sorrow constantly nears. And while the moon still shines blue, by dawn, it will turn scarlet hue. IP: Logged |

I once builded my house (I live in a flat) and it worked. But I guess you must use the thin walls and place static meshes on it to make it look bigger.IP: Logged |

Someone (Dhama I believe) emailed Core and they said there won't be an AOD editor... IP: Logged |
