does anybody know how to make lara climb to the pushables boxes???

As of know there is no way to climb them, you can use flip maps to create the illusion of being able to but you can't push it afterwards without flipping it back.

And, depending on where the trigger is and what the room looks like, this might not be feasable either.

Can't you use the pushable blocks from TR1? You can push and climb them. Or is the pushable, non-climbable block inherent to the TRLE?

TR4 does not have the ability to climb onto a pushable or any other moveable object. But you can climb onto static objects, as long as the object fits on one square.
