Hi
I use the FLOOR_TRAPDOOR and some other objects of Red Alert of TRC. The object works fine but the sound when opening it is not right. Is there a program that allows me to change the sounds which the object uses.

Another example: The small push button has no sound. I don't want to add the sound of TRC I could use the push button sound of TR: TLR. How can I edit the object that it uses this sound?

You can't edit them at the moment.

But if you use wadmerger to load these objects they should work with the sounds (for trc you have to convert them manually, ask at the forum for more help). If you use trwest it will go wrong cause that program is designed for tr4 and not for tr5.

I already tried WADMerger. It created a sound, I set the right format and converted the level but the game crashes when I load the level.

if that trapdoor works the same way as one of the trapdoors from TR4, you could use one of those and re-texture it to look like the one of TRC

check here to find the location of all trapdoors from TR4

I've thought of that, too, but the trapdoor is a bit different. The TR: TLR trapdoors only have 4 * 4 (or 5 * 5, I don't know at the moment) squares for textures. The one I use has a special border that is a bit higher. But I think I will do it this way.

Thank you!
