Does anyone no anyone no of such a program?Because one of my audio files for my level is an ASF and i want to use it

I have worked with ASF files at Microsoft before. The ASF file format is considered a "final" format, just like Real Media files. The file format was not designed in a way to allow conversion to other formats. I believe the license that allows you to get the ASF format from Microsoft includes terminology that prevents you from writing programs to convert it (they want everyone to use ASF).
But you can easily write a media player program that will capture the rendered audio/video output and write it to a file. You could probably even use the Microsoft Filter Graph manager to build a suitable filter graph that would do this, withou twriting any code. But you would have to have an MP3 encoder already installed as a standard Microsoft codec, compatible with the Media Player.
