A small preview of Texture Editing Studio:

Copy the shortcut of this link to your browser

(note - this is just a small section of the screen, and being a graphics app, there is a lot to see at the same time - so you're going to have to boost your monitors up, all you 800x600 folks!)

Currently there are 5 functions finished, the color key one included, you can edit the texture pixel by pixel, like windows paint, you can alter it's tint with RGB settings, as well as brightness and contrast, you can ghost one tile over another, and you can even shrink and arrange 1/4 size tiles.

The jpeg above doesn't really do the picture justice, sorry. Anyway, the point is this project is not taking as long as I thought.

The metal texture above is from the platform.tga, and the leaves are from the zoo.tga texture set.

I estimate the final app will run in the range of about 1 meg. (500k if I remove my extravagent 'about' screen)

Edit:
<frustration> Geocities doesn't allow direct linking, so please endure a link to copy/paste, rather than a pretty picture. </frustration>
