Im thinking of starting a revision on one of my levels and want to know does TRLE run ok on winxp? Also the level would have young lara in it, that means no baddies. The main problem with my last one was it felt to "empty" now any suggestions on how i can aviod this problem again, still using young lara. n ------------------ Cyprus Studios IP: Logged |

I'm not sure if TRLE works on XP, some say it works fine, others can't get it to work.U can use baddies with young Lara, she just can't kill them. Instead you could try trapping them in cages, make areas that they can't reach etc. so they don't chase Lara everywhere. does TRLE run ok on winxp? Part of the answer is there : 001449.html It probably can be summarized by : "It's ok on some computers and not on some others" (Depending upon the hardware, revision level of drivers...?)IP: Logged |

set the compatibility to win 98 for the room editor and the other tools (level converter, tomb4.exe) and it should be fine. ------------------ It matters not how strait the gate, How charged with punishment the scroll, I am the master of my fate, I am the captain of my soul. http://www.trle-base-station.tk IP: Logged |

Sorry, it does not solve the problem, neither with compatibility to win 98 nor with compatibility to win 95
