Does any one have working vci elevator doors I extracted them from one of the vci levels but they do not open someone has to have made working ones I would make them myself but have no expereince with AI editor in wadmerger I heard the new one will allow you to view animations that may help me but until then Its hopeless without a tutorial.

ask TRWad, hes the expert on animations etc.
ive had tthe same problem w/ those doors, i think its because of the way they slide into the walls, this is a trc animation for a trlr game, so normal doors will work, but tr4 doesnt have these kinds of door anims.
it would be cool to have your elevator with those doors! good luck!

So maybe trwad will read this and maybe help I really think these doors would add more character to my level instead of those old garage doors from the sphinx complex.

crack the train.tr4 with trwest (well, the train level, it should be named in this way), there is an interesitng door
(if I remember well it is the door_type4, but I can't swear, anyhow it IS interesting for you)

Why sould I crack it to retexture the door or what I have looked at other levels something I found very interesting in the sphinx complex level is a meshswap for lara I wonder how we could activate this I think that is how they did it in tr5 the vci levels with the xray scanner.

its actually an animating object, it slides inward, but will not close again.
