well, go to TRLE FAQ and Community at the top of the page, to find links to lots of websites. If you are new at Trle, try www.editor23.co.uk for outfits, levels, tools, and a great links page.
In the tools section you'll find Strpix2+3 which are programs you can use to texture your own objects, great for creating outfits, but it's not easy. Some awesome outfit creators have websites dedicated to their outfits, but it's easy to find good ones. Glad to help, and I hope you have fun w/ the TRLE

You can find new skins around the web. Here you are some links:

There are a lot more, but these are the only I can remember now. You should also check this page: www.trlefaq.cjb.net . Driber is trying to collect more outfits to the archive and you can get STRPix on the tools section to make your own outfits.

Meta (also available in the TRLE FAQ and Community), a cad program, allows you to create custom objects, but i'd advise to master strpix first.
