Topic: can someone please help?? , cant output level..

when i try to output my level in the trle it keeps telling me : system request : unknown object detected
ive already tried using an original wad but it doesnt help.
can anyone tell me whats going on and help me fix this??????? IP: Logged |

Go to the FAQ section and click on wadfixer tool - this may help you. I've never used it so can't comment on it.I had probs with mine so I reinstalled the TRLE and it fixed things. I once downloaded a tool called "Wadfixer" but it was only a batch file that copies the original WADs into the WAD folder. So it wouldn't be very useful for that but I don't know whether that is the WADFixer available at TRLE FAQ and Community.------------------

well thanks for all the info..but before reinstalling im going to try some things : like loading a different object set into my level, if that doesnt work might try renaming the level with a totally new wad, only this level has this error, i outputted tut1 and it outputted fine. i guess somehow ill figure it out. yes yes yes!!!
i loaded a backup copy of my level [something i recommend all level makers have] and it works perfectly!!
somehow the rooms i had made were the problem and not my wad.. anyway back to level creation lol later..  IP: Logged |
