Ok, this bug deals with loading single tile .tga textures. For instance, if you made a single tile .tga with shrinkit, and loaded it with tes, tes would not refresh the bin to the left. Everything would work, it just looked funny. So here is a download for the new version three, that refreshes fine, and loads single tile .tgas fine (it did before) but it refreshes the left bin more often.

This fix means nothing to you if you don't import single tile .tgas.
