Screens from unreleased Core Anim editor:
Seems they didn't release it with the LE

This is new to me. Got it from: http://extra.gamespot.co.uk/pc.gamespot/features/tlr_uk/19.html

Man, the UK really takes TR seriously, this Uk site features a long preview to TR4.

That's because Tomb Raider is British.

Yeah, I've seen those - pretty drool-worthy, eh? Hopefully, TRwad will finish his anim edit program and we will have the equivalent.

the first screen, i think, is the animation for Lara kicking down doors, and the second screen is one of her rope swing animation.

Maybe we could petition Eidos to release it? Just like a few year back, when we nagged Eidos to release the Level Editor? Imagine what fun we'd have if we could give Lara new moves!

This won't work without rewriting the EXE!
How do you give Lara new animations when you don't be able to control them in game. (there might be no key linked to this animation) The only way is to replace an original animation with an other animation. And you can do that easy with TRviewer and a 3ds program.

it's been attempted many times, but as far as Core is concerned, the Level Editor and all the old games are over and done with

we'll just have to rely on the smart programmers out there
