Hi everyone. Im currently designing a level and want to have a door open when you pour 2 litres of water into the jug. I have the objects in my WAD but I have no idea how to set this up. Can anyone help me??

The following is copied from an original communication by MagPlus. Note that he corrects himself at the end. As I haven't tested it myself, I give no guarantees that it will work as described.

I will try to explain here how to program the scales :
1. Put the scale anywhere. This scale is over 3 squares : #1 (SQ1) is where you pour water. #2 (SQ2) is the middle one and #3 (SQ3) is nothing important.

2. Make a room attached to the room where the scale is. Put AHMET (A) in it. Put a door between these 2 rooms (DA). Make sure you cannot kill AHMET through the door.

3. Put an exiting door (DE) into the room with the scale.

4. Select the scale and open the OCB window. Enter the number of liters to be poured in it (1 to 5).

5. select SQ2 and put a heavytrigger to DE.

6. Select the square in front of SQ1 and put a key trigger for the scale. Trigger also A and DA.

7. In front of DA, in the scale's room, put an heavyantitrigger for DA and DE.

That's it. Now, it will work this way :

Each time you pour some water in SQ1 (good number or bad number), DE will open by the heavytrigger. But, if you put a wrong number of liters, the key trigger will be activated. DA will open also and AHMET will run to you crossing the square with heavyantitrigger which will close DE and DA behind it. So no way to escape from the room. You will have to shoot AHMET with a non explosive ammo until it dies. Immediatly, it will disapear and return in its cage. The scale is automatically re-initialize.

One more thing. As the key trigger is in front of SQ1, and as Lara is on SQ1 when pouring water, make sure she will cross the key trigger after pouring water, or it won't work ! Don't put the key trigger on SQ1 or anything will be re-initialized.

Hope it is clear enough and will help you to create some good things

@ all of you : sorry, but I've made a little mistake. Please, ignore the trigger for AHMET under the key trigger. Just keep the trigger for DA (the opening for the cage).
Trigger AHMET in another room, before the entrance to the scale's room, or, for testing in the scale's room with the oneshot button pressed. By this way, you will be able to see it before pouring water.
